Welcome to my website! I am a REALTOR in Cedar Rapids, Iowa! Why choose to live in Iowa and specifically Cedar Rapids, Iowa?  I was born and raised in Iowa so I have the farmland in my heart, but I know there are other reasons that this is a great place to live, a great place to raise families, and a great place to grow old in. (Did you know that we do not have gridlock in Cedar Rapids, except on University of Iowa football weekends?!)

      Economically, we have new jobs being created here.  Our home prices are dramatically  lower than homes on either coasts, and we have an abundance of excellent buys in all price ranges. Our schools are known throughout the nation for being very good.  We have superior health resources available close-by.  While there is no place on earth that is perfect, we have far lower crime rates than elsewhere.  We have a somewhat slower pace of life and that serves us well so we can enjoy our great parks and recreation areas!    "Is this Heaven?" "Yes, it is Iowa!"

     I can assist you with virtually all aspects of your transition! I am a full-time professional and you can count on me for all of the details!  There are many new ways of doing business, even getting your loan online.  This has been a shaky area for years, web-generated loans,  but I now have a very well respected company and a great gal who is as detail oriented as I am. :)
